What is W32.Rogue.Gen? - W32.Rogue.Gen Removal Guide

Keeping your computer clean from things such as malware, viruses, spyware and other types of malicious code is a job best left to a antivirus software. That's because they are specially designed pieces of software with regular updates that can keep your PC's level of protection significantly higher than a computer without any protection at all.

The downside to this is that there are significantly more faked antivirus programs out there on the internet then there are real ones. One such form of this type of infection is a program called Blueflare antivirus. Instead of providing you and your computer with a layer of protection, you are instead led to believe that the only way possibly that you can get your computer running properly is to purchase a copy of the software. The truth is that this malware actually caused the problems you are likely having and purchasing a copy of the software will do nothing but give your credit card information to the wrong kind of person.

First contact with the Blueflare antivirus is usually on a site that you have visited in the past and had no problems at all, but when the site becomes compromised until the owner is able to restore their site, it will continue to spread viruses to all of its unsuspecting visitors.

You will be told through the use of pop up messages that you currently have a type of virus or malware located on your computer and that a scan should be performed. No matter what you choose to do, this malware will go ahead and silently install itself on your computer and wait for you to reboot your computer. If you do agree to the scan, you will be shown several different issues your computer is supposedly having.

When you first reboot your PC, your computer will again be scanned and a larger list of issues will be presented to you. You will then be given a option to purchase a copy of the software in order to effectively clean up all of the infections.

What you need to do is to get rid of this W32.Rogue.Gen from your computer. Here is how.
