totally uninstall Webroot Spysweeper

Do you have any idea about the way to totally uninstall Webroot Spysweeper?

A while back my mother downloaded and installed WebRoot Spy Sweeper and has been using it. She now wants to uninstall it as she seeks to another spyware removal tool. Unfortunately, the Webroot doesn’t allow her to uninstall it. If she use ‘Add and remove’ or go to All programs and select WebRoot then Spy Sweeper then Uninstall an error window pops up “Runtime Error (219:73): Could not call proc.” She has run Search all files and programs of Spysweeper, select all and delete but no joy!
